What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in USD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

REGULAR / NON-CUSTOM PRODUCTS (Bundles, specified closures, accessories):

Please allow 7–10 business days for processing before shipment.

CUSTOM WIGS (Small & Large Caps):

Please allow 10–14 business days for processing. Processing begins after payment and required details are confirmed.

A Wig Authorization Form is required for all wigs, bundles, closures, and frontals. Orders will not be processed until the form is completed.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
Once an order is fulfilled and shipped there are absolutely NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES. In the event of a mistake on the sellers behalf we offer up to 14 days to exchange products OR immediate repairs in cases of incorrect details only if the returned product is not damaged and returned in the original condition.
