Thank you for shopping with us. Please review the processing times and requirements below before placing your order.

 

REGULAR / NON-CUSTOM PRODUCTS

(Ready-to-ship items, accessories, bundles, specified closures (5×5, 13×4, etc.), non-custom wigs)

• Orders are processed within 7–10 business days.
• Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
• Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
• Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

CUSTOM WIGS – SMALL & LARGE CAPS

(Custom wigs, customized lace wigs, made-to-order units)

• Custom wig orders are processed within 10–14 business days.
• Processing time begins once payment is received and all required customization details are confirmed.
• Due to the custom nature of these wigs, processing timelines may vary slightly.

WIG AUTHORIZATION FORM (REQUIRED)

To protect both the client and our business, a Wig/ Hair Authorization Form is required for:

• All custom wigs
• Bundles
• Closures (including 5×5, 13×4, etc.)
• Frontals
• Hair purchases requiring authorization

Orders will not be processed until the Wig/ Hair Authorization Form is fully completed and submitted.

Failure to complete the authorization form in a timely manner may result in processing delays.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
• We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
• Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address will require a reshipping fee.
